1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations made through the official website and booking engine of Youvala Beach Resort, a camping resort (hereinafter: the “ Resort”).

By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Reservation and Contract

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Resort. The accommodation contract is considered concluded once the guest receives a booking confirmation and any required payment has been successfully processed. The Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of obvious errors (e.g. pricing or system errors).

3. Prices and Tourist Tax
All prices are expressed in EUR per accommodation unit per night, unless stated otherwise. Unless explicitly stated, tourist tax (city tax) is not included in the price and will be charged in accordance with applicable Croatian regulations. The amount of tourist tax depends on the period and legal regulations and will be charged per person per night.

4. Payment Terms
Payment conditions depend on the selected rate plan and are specified during the booking process. The Resort reserves the right: charge a deposit pre-authorize If the payment cannot be processed, the Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

5. Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellation conditions are presented during the booking process and form an integral part of the selected rate plan. Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. By confirming the reservation, the guest accepts these cancellation and payment terms. In the event of cancellation, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the selected rate plan and the terms stated above. Any applicable refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation confirmation and returned to the same card or payment method originally used for the reservation payment.  

The property reserves the right to hold the reservation for up to 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date unless otherwise agreed in writing. After this period, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and cancelled without refund.

6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM) Check-out: until 10:00 (10:00 AM) Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be additionally charged.

7. Occupancy and Stay
Each accommodation unit has a maximum occupancy which must not be exceeded. Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the accommodation, in accordance with Croatian regulations regarding guest registration.

8. Children Policy
Children are welcome. Children of all ages are counted as guests and must be included in the total number of persons. Additional charges may apply depending on age, accommodation capacity, and selected services.

9. Pets
Pets are allowed only in designated accommodation units and must be declared at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply in accordance with the Resort price list.

10. Guest Obligations and House Rules
Guests are required to comply with house rules and applicable regulations. The Resort reserves the right to terminate the stay of guests who disturb public order or violate house rules, without refund.

11. Liability of the Resort
The Resort acts as an intermediary and management operator for privately owned accommodation units, and shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring during the guest’s stay, including but not limited to: damage to personal belongings damage to vehicles or property located within the resort area damage caused by third parties The Resort shall not be liable for any damage caused by guests to accommodation units or resort property. Guests are fully responsible for any damage they cause and may be charged accordingly. Liability of the Resort is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, in accordance with applicable law. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and property at all times.

12. Damage and Responsibility
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the accommodation unit or Resort property. The Resort reserves the right to charge the guest for any damages identified during or after the stay.

13. Force Majeure
The Resort shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government measures, or other unforeseen events.

14. Complaints
Guests are obliged to report any complaints immediately during their stay in order to allow the Resort to resolve the issue. Complaints submitted after departure may not be taken into consideration. In accordance with Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and Article 10 of the Hospitality and Catering Industry Act, guests may submit a written complaint regarding the quality of the services provided. Complaints may be submitted in one of the following ways: In person at the reception desk, where the guest will receive a written confirmation that the complaint has been received; By post to: Dabovi Stani 69, 53291 Novalja, Croatia; By e-mail to: booking@youvala-resort.com. Please include your full name, contact details, and a description of the complaint. We will provide a written response to your complaint within 15 days from the date of receipt.

15. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Guest data is used for: reservation processing communication related to the stay fulfillment of legal obligations Guests may receive promotional and marketing communications only if they have given explicit consent. Guests have the right to withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the Resort or using the unsubscribe option provided in the communication.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zadar, Croatia.

17. Final Provisions
The Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms & Conditions are those valid at the time of reservation.
